The National Geographic Explorer
Linblad’s ship, the MV National Geographic Explorer, is an ice class polar expedition vessel that holds 148 guests in 81 outside cabins.
The ship, which was purchased from the Norwegian company, Hurtigruten, which operates the Norwegian coastal service, has been custom redesigned to provide travellers with the latest tools for exploring the undersea, the polar regions and key destinations around the globe. Lindblad now have seven exploration vessels in their fleet.
