Depending on numbers and the time of travel, Antarctica Bound can negotiate very preferential rates for groups of travellers. Often, a free place will be offered for the group leader, which can either be taken as offered or the value shared out amongst the group. If the group is large enough, Antarctica Bound may also be able to provide an escort to accompany the group and take care of all the transfers and other arrangements.

Perhaps you want to follow in the footsteps of Shackleton or Scott or Mawson and even see the abandoned huts from their ill-fated expeditions, not much different now from the day the intrepid explorers left. However, for those seeking a very special challenge, our partner Oceanwide Expeditions organises a trek the beginning of the season in November, recreating the route taken by Shackleton and his crew on their heroic traverse of South Georgia in 1916.
